I am honored to be included in Chronicled in Clay: Ceramics and the Art of the Story at the Minnesota Center for Book Arts. Chronicled in Clay: Ceramics and the Art of the Story examines how contemporary artists express narratives in clay through text, imagery, multiples, and sequence. The exhibition is on view February 8 - April 28, 2019 with the opening reception Friday, March 28 from 6-9 pm. This exhibition is in conjunction with Claytopia, the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts’ (NCECA) 53rd Annual Conference in Minneapolis.
Art-A-Whirl is an open studio tour in Northeast Minneapolis. It’s a great opportunity to artist studios and galleries, connect with the artists, and purchase original artwork. Art-A-Whirl takes place annually throughout Northeast Minneapolis, the third weekend of May. Many studios in the building will be open, including mine. Visit me at the Northrup King Building in #431.
